Thailand Food Waste Forum 2025 ในวันที่ 11 ธันวาคมนี้ ที่ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่!
นี่คือโอกาสสำคัญในการเข้าร่วมการพูดคุยระดับประเทศเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการเปลี่ยน “ขยะ” ให้เป็น “มูลค่า”
การบรรยายช่วงบ่าย (14:00 น.) หัวข้อ “เพิ่มมูลค่าเศษอาหารสู่จุดคาร์บอน” จะแสดงให้เห็นว่าโมเดล Circular Urban Farming (เกษตรในเมืองหมุนเวียน) ของ Bangkok Rooftop Farming สามารถ:
♻️ เปลี่ยนขยะเป็นคุณค่าจากหลุมฝั่งกลบ: ช่วยลดขยะอาหารจำนวนมากที่ต้องไปจบที่หลุมฝังกลบ
🥕 สร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหาร: พลิกฟื้นพื้นที่ในเมืองให้เป็นแหล่งผลิตอาหารอินทรีย์
🌎 ต่อสู้ภาวะโลกร้อน: เสริมสร้างดินให้เป็นแหล่งดูดซับคาร์บอนตามธรรมชาติ (Carbon Sink)
