เนื่องในเทศกาลคริสต์มาสและปีม้าใหม่นี้ ซึ่งเป็นห่วงเวลาแห่งการเฉลิมฉลองและการเริ่มต้นใหม่
สมาคมฯ ขอมอบแง่คิดดีๆ จาก Otto Scharmer ที่ชวนให้เราตั้งคำถามสำคัญกับตัวเองว่า
“เรากำลังขับเคลื่อนชีวิตและงานจากสภาวะใจแบบไหน?”
ท่ามกลางโลกที่เปราะบางและซับซ้อน
หัวใจของการนำ (หรือผู้นำ) ไม่ใช่การควบคุม แต่คือการพาตัวเองไปสู่ “ก้นหลุมของตัว U” เพื่อวางตัวตนเดิม และเปิดใจฟังอนาคตที่กำลังก่อตัวขึ้น. พรสำหรับปีใหม่ที่กำลังจะมาถึงนี้:
🤔ให้เราลดการควบคุม และเพิ่มการรับรู้ (Sensing)
🫡ให้เราลดตัวตน (Ego) และเพิ่มการเชื่อมโยง (Eco)
😇ให้เรามอบคุณภาพการฟังที่ลึกซึ้งเป็นของขวัญให้แก่กันในทุกความสัมพันธ์
มาร่วมก้าวสู่ปีใหม่ด้วยหัวใจที่ตื่นรู้ และรักษาความเป็นมนุษย์ไปพร้อมๆ กับการสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลง
